Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Western Water and Gas Products uses Canada Post for all shipping. Canada post also sets all shipping rates.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We're happy to ship your order to a PO Box! Orders shipping to PO Boxes may initially be sent via Canada Post but final delivery will be made by USPS. Please choose Economy, Standard, or Preferred shipping when shipping to a PO Box. Faster shipping options are not available.
*Certain customized items are not eligible to ship to PO Boxes and must be shipped to a physical address. If you've ordered a customized item that is ineligible for PO Box shipping, you will be notified via email by our Custom Orders Team.
APO / FPO and US Territory addresses:
Sadly, we are unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time. We are working towards a solution that will allow us to resume this type of shipping.
It's especially painful for us to not be able to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. We have many employees who have served our country, and we appreciate the sacrifices of the men and women who are serving our country.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order is processed we will send you a shipping confirmation as well as a tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Western Water and Gas Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Western Water and Gas Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Returns Policy
If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*
- Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
- We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
- We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
